Plastic mold production process:

1. 3d design/sample quotation: quotation based on 3D drawings or samples provided by customers.

2. Negotiation: including mold price, mold size, core and cavity materials, product weight, product color, payment, mold life, delivery time, etc.

3. Purchase order: after the customer confirms the mold design and quotation.

4. Make the mold (die) : confirm the drawing, start the DFM, agree the mold process and die details with the customer, and start the production.

5. Production schedule: We will feed back the mold progress to the customer every week (picture).

6. Sample shooting: We provide mold test samples for confirmation (about 10-15 pieces), we will start mass production after receiving your signed samples.
