After years of development, we gradually bloomed into a diversified manufacturing factory, with Product Design, Rapid Prototype, Molds Making, Plastic Injection Production, Die Casting Alloy Production and Precision Parts Machining. together with surface finish like paiting, powder coating etc. Based withthose senior professional technician,well-equipped machines,perfect quality control and assurance system, SunOn Plant area covers about 32000 square meters, and successfully passed IS09001: 2008 version quality system certification standards in 2005. Mold development process:

1, product analysis customer to provide technical data equipment parameters (samples, 2D, 3D drawings, etc.)

2, mold design CAD technology for mold structure design

3, mold flow analysis using CAE mold flow analysis to optimize the mold structure

4. Technical discussion. Feed back the final production plan of the mold and related technical parameters to the customer for confirmation
